We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of a 3-story, 74-unit post-tension multifamily building in Miami, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable general contractor specializing in multifamily projects and play a key role in delivering a high-quality residential development.

Description

  • Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Monitor construction activities, manage project documentation, and address any challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Provide leadership to the project team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and any changes to project scope.

Profile

he ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on multifamily construction and post-tensioned building systems.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale residential developments, including cost control and scheduling.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
