Traveling QA/QC Manager- Multifamily Construction
An established general contractor is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control for their multifamily construction projects across South Florida. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience ensuring compliance with construction standards, specifications, and best practices.

Description
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures to maintain high construction quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
- Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to address quality concerns.
- Oversee materials testing and documentation, ensuring adherence to contract requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Maintain detailed reports and records on quality inspections, issues, and resolutions.
Profile
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to travel regularly to projects across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Fort Myers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to quality management.
- Familiarity with construction QA/QC software and reporting tools is a plus.
