Superintendent- High-end Restaurants

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end restaurant projects in Miami. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Maintain a high standard of quality control, ensuring all finishes and details align with luxury restaurant expectations.
• Enforce site safety regulations, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to address challenges and maintain project vision.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports, keeping all stakeholders informed.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end restaurant or hospitality construction.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant MEP systems, luxury finishes, and high-end millwork.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced schedules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
