Project Manager - Multi-Family - Maine
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major multifamily construction project in Portland, ME. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and technical expertise to deliver a $75M wood-frame and podium-style development with over 200 units.

Description
- Oversee all phases of a large-scale multifamily project from planning through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Utilize Procore for project management and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain a strong onsite presence (5 days/week).
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Attend occasional meetings at the Bridgewater, MA office as needed.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
- Strong background in multifamily construction projects, ideally $50M+.
- Proficiency in Procore is required.
- Ability to manage complex wood-frame and podium-style builds.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Portland, ME five days per week.
