Estimator- Multifamily Construction

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established General Contractor in Davie, FL, specializing in large-scale multifamily construction projects. This role requires someone who can manage multiple trades and bids across several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for large-scale multifamily projects.

• Manage bidding processes across multiple trades and projects concurrently.

• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure comprehensive scope coverage.

• Develop cost analyses, budgets, and takeoffs to support project teams.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and executives to ensure competitive, profitable bids.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an Estimator within the construction industry, with a strong background in large-scale multifamily projects. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency with estimating software and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to foster strong vendor and subcontractor relationships.
