Project Engineer | Assisted Living - San Jose
The Project Engineer will construct the job on paper before work in the field begins. They help review shop drawings prepared by subcontractors and review them prior to submitting to architect or engineer for approval. They are typically responsible for detailing the purchasing requisitions for defining work that needs to be contracted.

- Writing all purchasing orders
- Processing and negotiating all change orders
- Having complete knowledge of contract documents
- Preparing monthly budget reports
- Publishing the details of Owner Architect Contractor meetings
- Obtaining building permits
- Coordinating work of all trades on paper prior to construction beginning

Job Offer

- Base salary $95,000-$120,000 DOE
