Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of high-end residential and custom home projects
- Coordinating and collaborating with the VP and project team to ensure project objectives are met
- Managing deadlines and making sure timelines are met
- Coordinating with the necessary project team members
- Positive client feedback/satisfaction
- Building relationships with internal/external parties
Profile
The Superintendent will have:
- 5+ years leading high profile projects in Residential Construction
- Must have brownstone/custom home renovation experience in Boston
- Must be proficient in Procore
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and innovative mindset
- Knowledge of construction regulations and safety measures
- Passion for real estate and community development
- Results-oriented and capable of delivering successful outcomes within project constraints
