Our client is well-established general contracting firm, incorporated in 1985 with over 30 years of delivering high-quality public works projects, this company prides itself on honesty, commitment, and superior craftsmanship. Known for providing stability and fostering internal growth, we have never experienced layoffs. We are looking for a leader to manage our upcoming projects, primarily in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Description
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:
- 5-7+ years years of Superintendent experience (running projects start to finish as the lead)
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
- Project experience in one of their core markets:K-12 schools, higher Ed, community centers
- Experience working locally around Providence preferred
- Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
