Travelling Superintendent - Regional Travel

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up construction projects for Light Industrial and Cold Storage facilities. This is a regional travel position, overseeing projects across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Iowa. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing complex builds from start to finish.

Description

• Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain efficient workflows.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements.
• Enforce compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Profile

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong background in Light Industrial or Cold Storage facilities.
• Ability to travel regionally during the week (home weekends).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols preferred.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary: $115,000 - $125,000
