Description
- Support the PM in managing subcontractors, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and procurement
- Help maintain project documentation and coordinate with field teams
- Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Assist in ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Leverage Procore daily for document control and project tracking
Profile
- 2-4+ years of construction experience (general contractor or subcontractor background welcome)
- Strong familiarity with MEP systems is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Procore is a must
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to learn and grow
- Located on the South Shore or willing to commute to Norwell daily
Job Offer
- Competitive Base Salary up to $90,000 based on experience
