Description

Lead Superintendent - Academic Projects up to $65M - RI will be responsible for:

• Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly
• Uphold a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:

• 10+ years years of Superintendent experience (running projects start to finish as the lead)
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
• Project experience in one of their core markets: Life Science, higher Ed, healthcare, commercial
• Experience working locally around Providence preferred
• Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
