Description
- Plan, direct, and manage federal construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure all projects meet federal guidelines, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Prepare and review budgets, schedules, and project plans to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project performance and implement adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
- Communicate progress and updates to clients and senior management effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for federal audits and reviews.

Profile
A successful PM Federal should have:
- Experience managing construction projects, particularly within the federal sector.
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- A degree or certification in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
