Description

• Plan, direct, and manage federal construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure all projects meet federal guidelines, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Prepare and review budgets, schedules, and project plans to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project performance and implement adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
• Communicate progress and updates to clients and senior management effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for federal audits and reviews.

Profile

A successful PM Federal should have:

• Experience managing construction projects, particularly within the federal sector.
• Strong knowledge of federal compliance and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• A degree or certification in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
