My client is Vermont's oldest active General Contractor, established in 1934 and incorporated in 1947. They've delivered diverse projects across Vermont, New York, and Northern New England, including housing developments, office buildings, and public works. Based in South Burlington, the company is supported by a skilled team of estimators, project managers, superintendents, and administrators.

Description

The key responsibilites of the Assistant Project Manager will be:

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities to ensure timely completion.

• Document Control: Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders, ensuring proper organization and distribution.

• Subcontractor Management: Support communication and coordination with subcontractors to meet project goals and timelines.

• Budget Oversight: Help track project expenses, monitor budgets, and assist with change orders and invoicing.

• Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns

Profile

The successful Assistant Project Manager will be:

• 1-4 years of APM experience
• Commutable within 1 hour to Burlington, VT
• Multifamily Senior Living, K-12 Schools, Restaurant, Retail, General Commercial experience is a plus
