Billing Coordinator
The Billing Coordinator will manage the billing processes within the legal department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and client requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support the business services industry in Hoboken.

Description
- Prepare and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the legal department to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain and update billing records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing.
- Generate and analyze billing reports for management review.
- Respond to client inquiries related to billing and provide necessary support.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance billing efficiency.

Profile
A successful Billing Coordinator should have:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in billing software (Aderant/Elite/3E) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of legal billing processes or experience in the business services industry is a plus.
