Description

The Assistant PM - Commercial/Retail Construction - Leesburg, VA will be responsible for:

• Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Assisting in budget management and cost control.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assisting in project documentation and reporting.
• Providing support in estimating and bid preparation.

Profile

The Assistant PM - Commercial/Retail Construction - Leesburg, VA will have:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Exposure to estimating processes and practices is a plus
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
