Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - MA

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 3+ years PM experience to oversee a variety of commercial construction projects, including ground-up and tenant improvement work. Our client is a well-established construction management firm with over 50 years of success in New England. They specialize in commercial, retail, academic, and corporate projects ranging from $1M to $30M, with occasional larger builds. The team is tight-knit, motivated, and committed to long-term professional development.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures
• Utilize Excel and Bluebeam for project documentation and reporting
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm professionally

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Minimum 3+ years of true Project Management experience in construction
• Ground-up project experience strongly preferred
• Diverse sector experience (commercial, retail, academic, corporate)
• Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam
• Ability to commute to Needham, MA
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
