Director of Safety and QA/QC - Construction General Contractor

Description

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure all projects meet established benchmarks.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and training sessions for construction teams.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential safety and quality risks.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
• Review and approve safety plans and quality documentation for all construction projects.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a culture of safety and quality.
