Description

The Quality Control Manager will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and inspection processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily operations of incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Scheduling and evaluating the performance of hourly employees.
• Maintaining compliance with ISO and AS9100 standards.
• Acting as a liaison with customers on quality-related issues.
• Training new hires and supporting professional development.
• Managing and updating the approved supplier list.
• Performing and overseeing testing using measurement and test equipment.
• Assisting with equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
