Profile

A successful Site Leader - Manufacturing should have:

• 10+ years of Manufacturing/Plant Management experience in the Med-Device or Beauty industry.
• Bachelor's Degree is a must have, preference in Engineering
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
• Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
