Description

  • Assist in managing all phases of large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Support project managers in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration.

  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports for internal and client review.

  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

  • Assist with procurement of materials and services, and monitor inventory.

  • Participate in meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges and maintain alignment on goals.

  • Travel to various project sites nationwide as required.

Profile

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably on projects exceeding $50M, with exposure to mission-critical or data center environments a plus. You have a strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budget tracking, and are proficient in industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. You're detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-based role. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a willingness to work on-site and travel extensively.

Job Offer

  • Base up to $110,000 +10% Travel Incentive
