Description

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to address any challenges or changes in project scope.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Lead site meetings and effectively communicate project goals and expectations to all stakeholders.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment on-site.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to promote collaboration and success.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in construction project management within the property industry.
• 5-10 years of industry related experience
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges on-site.
