Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for retail and public construction projects up to $15M.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of bids.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure competitive pricing.
• Review construction documents to identify project requirements and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project budgets without compromising quality.
• Track and manage historical cost data for future project reference.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings to discuss project scope and deliverables.

Profile

A successful Southern NH Estimator should have:

• Proven experience in estimating retail and public construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, including plans and specifications.
