QA Analyst

We are seeking a QA Analyst to join our client's front-office team of project managers and business analysts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining product excellence by identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.

Description

  • Test Planning & Execution: Design and implement manual test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to assess product quality, ensuring comprehensive functional and regression testing.
  • Collaboration & UAT Coordination: Work closely with IT, Project Managers, and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure testability from the outset.
  • Defect Management & Issue Resolution: Track and manage defects using Jira, document and analyze test results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues with clear, actionable feedback.
  • Automation & Process Optimization: Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and other tools to enhance test efficiency, repeatability, and coverage.
  • Continuous Improvement & QA Standards: Stay updated on testing tools, best practices, and industry trends while ensuring strict adherence to established QA methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.

Profile


  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, with a minimum of five years of experience in Quality Assurance, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL, as well as experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, and Java.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage responsibilities independently, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience supporting technology implementations or change management initiatives, with enthusiasm for working in a diverse and multicultural environment.
