Description

The Chief Estimator - Top ENR Firm - K-12/Higher-Ed Projects in CT will be responsible for:

• Lead all aspects of estimating for the vertical construction division, including bid strategy, scope review, takeoffs, pricing, and subcontractor relationships.

• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Operations, and Executive teams to develop winning proposals and ensure seamless project transitions.

• Manage and mentor a team of estimators while driving continuous improvement across systems, templates, and workflows.

• Evaluate risk and constructability throughout the bid process, ensuring competitive, accurate, and compliant proposals.

Profile

The Chief Estimator - Top ENR Firm - K-12/Higher-Ed Projects in CT will possess:

• 12+ years of estimating experience in vertical building construction (K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare, etc.).

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team while remaining hands-on with complex bids.

• A detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, long-term-focused culture.

• Experience working in CT and/or RI is preferred; familiarity with public bidding processes a plus.

Job Offer

The Construction Chief Estimator will receive:

• Compensation up to $200,000
