Project Manager -Municipal/K-12 Projects
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation municipal and K-12 construction projects throughout South Florida. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with public-sector requirements.

Description
Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on municipal and K-12 projects
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and cost controls
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and municipal officials
Lead project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants
Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements, safety standards, and quality control programs
Track project progress and provide regular reporting to executive leadership
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
Proven background delivering municipal and/or K-12 construction projects
Strong knowledge of public-sector construction processes, documentation, and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an active, occupied, or public environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
