Project Manager -Municipal/K-12 Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation municipal and K-12 construction projects throughout South Florida. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with public-sector requirements.

Description

• Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on municipal and K-12 projects

• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and cost controls

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and municipal officials

• Lead project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants

• Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements, safety standards, and quality control programs

• Track project progress and provide regular reporting to executive leadership

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor

• Proven background delivering municipal and/or K-12 construction projects

• Strong knowledge of public-sector construction processes, documentation, and regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an active, occupied, or public environment

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
