Manufacturer's Representative - Building Products New England
A leading provider of high-performance translucent panel building systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturer's Sales Representative for the New England region (ME, NH, VT, Northeast MA). This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with expertise in architectural products and a passion for innovative building solutions.

Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, owners, and installers.
- Educate clients on innovative daylighting solutions and their benefits.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout design and construction phases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage bidding, negotiation, and closing processes.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Profile
- Proven experience in architectural or building materials sales, preferably with high-performance products.
- Strong understanding of construction procurement processes, drawings, and specifications.
- Established industry relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with company goals.
