The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential for managing on-site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Description

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work is performed to established standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets specifications and standards.
