Description

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of large construction projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and self‑perform operations
• Partner with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve issues
• Apply lean construction methods to improve cost and schedule outcomes

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field
• 5-10 years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and contract management
• Experience on complex projects such as data centers, healthcare, or industrial
• Willingness to travel and work primarily on active project sites
