Description

• Manage production schedules, inventory, and equipment across dry and wet processing
• Lead and develop a team across two shifts, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet daily and weekly goals
• Monitor and improve processes, labor efficiency, and fill rates
• Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
• Support maintenance, sanitation, and warehouse operations

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing at the manager level
• Strong leadership and communication skills; bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
• Experience in USDA/FDA-regulated environments and SQF is a plus
• Ability to coach, train, and build a high-performing team
• Comfortable working fluidly between shifts and available on weekends when needed
