Project Manager - Commercial Contruction

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager - Commercial Construction to oversee and manage ground-up and tenant improvement projects. You will lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results in Santa Monica.

Description

• Plan, execute, and oversee ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.
• Resolve project issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
• Foster a collaborative work environment with all team members and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

• Proven ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
