Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will have a strong background in high-end residential construction, with a proven ability to manage complex interior projects in Manhattan. Experience with underpinning and structural/foundation work is highly preferred but not required.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for luxury residential projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and building codes.
• Manage schedules, inspections, and site logistics in a dense urban environment.
• Ensure exceptional quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of Manhattan building processes, DOB regulations, and site logistics.
• Experience with underpinning and structural/foundation work (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines under pressure.
