• A successful Superintendent:

  • Extensive experience with Sitework & Facade
  • Proven experience in construction, specifically in sitework and facade projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
