Description

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Expected to be willing to take a handful of day trips each month.
  • Will be expected to take projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and risks.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and team members to achieve project goals.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the construction industry.
  • 8-15+ years of progressive general contracting experience.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting project deadlines and objectives.
