Senior Superintendent
The Senior Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Resolve conflicts or unforeseen issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Profile
A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
- 7+ years of proven experience in managing $50M+ multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and quality.
