Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Resolve conflicts or unforeseen issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Profile

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

• 7+ years of proven experience in managing $50M+ multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and quality.
