Preconstruction Manager

The Precon Manager will oversee and manage all preconstruction activities for tenant improvement projects, ensuring seamless project execution in the property and construction industry. Description

• Lead preconstruction efforts for tenant improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and manage project cost estimates and budgets.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and bid process to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Review and analyze project documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and changes.
