Custom Homes Sales Manager - Upper Cape
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for a custom homebuilding company in Cape Cod, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality homes tailored to client specifications. This role will be based onsite in Cape Cod, MA.

Our client is a small, privately-owned custom homebuilder in Cape Copd, MA. Founded in 2007 and with over 25 years of custom building and remodeling experience, their team is client focused, process-driven, and quickly growing. Their portfolio of project includes exteriors, additions, remodels, and custom design work.
Description
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and expand market presence.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to succeed.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically focused on new business or closing sales.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
