Business Unit Leader - Building Division - $220k
An exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic Business Unit Leader to lead and grow the Building Division of a family-owned New England construction company. This role focuses primarily on leadership and team-building, while also offering autonomy in managing a $25M business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing relationships, and developing a high-performance team in an evolving leadership environment.

Description
Business Unit Leader - Building Division - $220k - Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations and long-term vision of the Building Division. Focus on building a high-performance team and fostering development across all staff members.
- Drive business growth by expanding the backlog, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing existing relationships within the division.
- Oversee a diverse team of 12 employees, including Superintendents, Project Managers, and Trades. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and development.
- Ensure all operations are in alignment with the company's policies, procedures, and long-term vision while maintaining a commitment to safety, people, and profitability.
- Steer the division through changes in leadership and help shape the future of the business as Tom White transitions into the CEO role.
