Project Manager I - Manufacturing - Nashville

Work with team members to tackle everything from estimation to finish of light industrial and manufacturing projects in the Nashville area. Oversee day to day operations all the way to overall scope of the project.

Client Details

Work for general contractor with over 4 generations of experience within the region and specialization on all types of projects with the goal to execute on manufacturing within the Nashville area. With their success across the eastern part of the US, they have no shortage of projects as work is steady.

Description

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

Profile

• 5+ years of Nashville experience
• Experience in industrial & healthcare
• Completed industrial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
• Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
