As an Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte, you will be integral to overseeing projects from start to finish. This includes:

• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Tracking project progress through meetings and addressing any issues that arise.
• Collaborating with pre-construction teams to finalize plans and ensure smooth execution and supporting team performance.
• Ensuring quality control and compliance with codes and client expectations.
• Managing subcontractors and vendors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintaining project documentation and handling invoices and change orders.

Profile

My clients is looking for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte who is ready to contribute and grow with a dynamic and expanding team. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Experience with general contractors, particularly in large-scale projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with project management software and construction tools.
• Strong communication skills and a leadership-oriented mindset.
• A proactive approach to solving challenges and fostering team collaboration.
