Description
As an Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction, you will have the chance to lead and manage projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on delivering quality, on-time results.You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, support your team's growth, and gain exposure to some of the most exciting projects in Charlotte's multifamily sector.
As an Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte, you will be integral to overseeing projects from start to finish. This includes:
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Tracking project progress through meetings and addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborating with pre-construction teams to finalize plans and ensure smooth execution and supporting team performance.
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with codes and client expectations.
- Managing subcontractors and vendors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Maintaining project documentation and handling invoices and change orders.
