Assistant Project Manager- High Rise Shell

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with strong shell construction experience to support the delivery of a high-rise apartment project in Miami. This role is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading contractor while working on one of the city's premier high-rise developments.

Description

• Assist the Project Manager with daily coordination of the shell construction phase for a high-rise apartment project

• Track project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Support field teams and ensure alignment between operations, engineering, and subcontractors

• Participate in project meetings, providing documentation and follow-ups

• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications throughout the build

Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with a shell contractor

• Background in concrete, structural framing, and large-scale high-rise projects

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask

• Proficient in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)

• Driven, detail-oriented, and eager to advance within a growing organization
