Description

• Site Operations: Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site activities, including coordinating trades and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Support the development and adherence to construction schedules, ensuring subcontractor work aligns with project milestones.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure high-quality standards across all project phases, addressing any issues promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the project team to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Profile

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in construction, preferably in multifamily, wood-frame, or high-end residential projects.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Technology: Familiarity with modern construction technologies and software is a plus.
• Location: Must be commutable to Bolton, MA, and flexible for project travel across Massachusetts.
