Project Manager
As a JOC Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of JOC projects, from client engagement and project scoping to completion. You will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Description
- Manage multiple JOC projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of all project activities
- Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including progress reports and change orders
- Resolve project challenges promptly to keep projects on track
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in project management within the construction industry, with specific expertise in JOC
- Strong understanding of JOC and project management principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
