- Assist with managing commercial interior fit‑out projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, track submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and maintain project documentation.
- Support scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking activities to ensure smooth project progress.
- Work between office and job sites, interfacing directly with clients, design teams, and subcontractor partners.
- Utilize Procore and PlanGrid (preferred) to manage project workflows and communication.
- Assist in ensuring adherence to safety standards, contract requirements, and project timelines.
