MEP Project Manager - Multifamily - Nashville
The MEP Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from inception to completion within the construction industry. This role is based in Nashville and requires a strong background in project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Description
- Manage MEP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all project phases.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
Profile
- Proven expertise in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents accurately.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
