Description

• Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up projects valued between $30M-$100M.

• Manage field teams, subcontractors, and daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

• Drive project planning, logistics, and sequencing to optimize productivity and efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams to resolve issues and maintain open communication.

• Enforce company safety standards, monitor compliance, and foster a strong safety culture on-site.

• Mentor and develop field staff, promoting accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Commercial Superintendent with 10+ years of field leadership experience on large-scale ground-up projects of $30M or more. You bring deep knowledge of construction means and methods, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex builds safely and efficiently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and take pride in creating a jobsite culture built on teamwork, accountability, and excellence. Experience with self-perform work, scheduling software, and modern construction technology is highly desirable
