Description
- Assist Project Management team
- Manage project files
- Draft and finalize client agreements
- Collect lien waivers
- Handle all documentation tasks
- Request necessary insurance certificates
- Provide support throughout all project phases
- Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate cost code usage
- Assist with organizing weekly project reports
- Maintain subcontractor insurance
- Issue subcontractor contracts as directed by the Project Manager
- Prepare and submit permits and municipal submittals
Profile
- 1-5 years' experience
- Project Coordinators, Project Administrators
- Experience w/ accounting, change orders, billing, AIA documents
- Procore experience preferred
- Degree preferred but not required
- Examples of upcoming projects: Ground-up hospitals, ground-up tilt wall buildings, hospital expansions, general commercial
