Description

• Assist Project Management team
• Manage project files
• Draft and finalize client agreements
• Collect lien waivers
• Handle all documentation tasks
• Request necessary insurance certificates
• Provide support throughout all project phases
• Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate cost code usage
• Assist with organizing weekly project reports
• Maintain subcontractor insurance
• Issue subcontractor contracts as directed by the Project Manager
• Prepare and submit permits and municipal submittals

Profile

• 1-5 years' experience
• Project Coordinators, Project Administrators
• Experience w/ accounting, change orders, billing, AIA documents
• Procore experience preferred
• Degree preferred but not required
• Examples of upcoming projects: Ground-up hospitals, ground-up tilt wall buildings, hospital expansions, general commercial
