Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• 5 days in office and/or on site
• Public, Academic, Commercial projects
• Managing project schedule, production and maintenance
• Subcontractor and supplier buyout, procurement and management
• Construction controls processing
• All project budgets, costs, P/L, etc.
• Maintaining client relations with architects, owners, subcontractors, etc.

Profile

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:

• Commercial, Academic, Public project background
• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience with GC
• Experience working on large Ground Up projects $20M+
• Familiar with Procore
• Ability to commute daily to Waltham, MA

Job Offer

The Project Manager will receive:

• Compensation up to $175k
• Company paid Healthcare
