Description

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and assist with external audit preparations.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for business performance improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with international team members and external partners.
